Inventory and order integration

The store says an item is in stock. The warehouse says it shipped yesterday. Accounting has a third number. Tervexa connects orders, inventory, and the books so those counts come from one flow.

Talk through this build

Name the system that owns the count

Two apps both “updating inventory” is how you oversell. We pick the source of truth for stock, for orders, and for invoices, then sync the others from that decision.

Orders in, shipments out, books updated

A paid order creates the fulfillment task. A shipment decrements stock and can create or update the accounting record. Exceptions — partial ships, cancellations, refunds — get a visible queue.

Built for the stack you have

Shopify or another storefront, a warehouse app, spreadsheets, and QuickBooks are common. We use their APIs where they exist and a controlled file exchange where they do not.

FAQs

Can you sync Shopify and QuickBooks?
Yes. Orders, customers, and payouts are the usual scope. Inventory ownership still has to be decided so both sides do not edit the same count.
What if the warehouse is still on spreadsheets?
We can replace that sheet with a small internal tool, or integrate the sheet as a temporary source if replacing it is a later phase.
